Profile:Radio Birdman was formed in the land down under by Michigan ex-pat guitarist Deniz Tek, a disciple of the Stooges and MC5 who studied the likes of those renown surgeons: Kramer, Smith and Asheton. Upon graduating, Tek ventured out with a practice of his own in what would become Detroit South, enlisting Aussies of the same blood type. Our fine feathered friends toiled briefly and in relative obscurity but continue to rock out as hard as an angry stingray disturbed by a film crew.
